Believe in Yourself

For years I struggled with my weight and my fitness level was really poor. I was in a very unhealthy rut. Irene is such a great encouragement. She motivated me with recipe ideas, exercise and eating plans.

I have now established a clear routine in my life based on regular exercise and eating a healthy diet. I would still like to lose some more weight and with Irene's help and encouragement, I know I shall succeed.

Feel Inspired and Motivated

My first meeting with Irene was a consultation appointment at the end of January 2007. I'm nearly 5' 6" and then weighed 17st 10lbs. In medical terms I was morbidly obese.

Now six months later, (still the same height) I weigh 14 st. I quickly came to the conclusion during the course of my first meeting with Irene, that she was the "real deal". She didn't make me feel worse then I already was but simply and with enthusiasm made me feel that I could do something about my weight that the situation wasn't beyond control. I felt inspired and motivated. I have found that one to one relationship is the key to my success. It's not possible to shy away, or laugh off gaining a few pounds. There is nowhere to hide. I feel accountable to Irene.

At the moment, I am not quite as my desired target weight, but I will get there. Irene's commitment to me and belief in me never wanes and keeps me very focused. Not to remain committed would not only be letting myself down, but I would also be letting Irene down. In my opinion, that's how key the one to one relationship is to my success.

Since meeting Irene in January 2006 my life has changed for the better. My dress size has dropped from 22 to 14 and have much more energy then before. Everyone has a different set of goals when they start training. My goal is to help you achieve these goals. This is achieved through bespoke exercise programme designed for every client's individual requirements. Training with me will not only improve your fitness or achieve weight loss, it will challenging and teach you to know your body.

Individual Training:

Training is available by advanced booking on a one to one basis.

Group programmes are available throughout the year. Each programmes runs for six weeks. Group size is kept to a max of 4 people and groups can be arranged yourself or forward your name for the next available group.
