This is achieved through bespoke exercise programme designed for every client's individual requirements. Training with me will not only improve your fitness or achieve weight loss, it will challenging and teach you to know your body.

Group programmes are available throughout the year. Each programmes runs for six weeks. Group size is kept to a max of 4 people and groups can be arranged yourself or forward your name for the next available group.
Discounts are available for groups.

My 12 week programme of cardiovascular workouts, strength training and sensible eating has been designed to improve your shape, lose inches and increase fitness and energy levels. This includes a nuitritional consultation, a diet plan and two weekly 1 hour fat burning training sessions for 12 weeks.
